Goodbye Elder Ricks,

Hello Elder Jensen
October 30, 2016

This is Brother Oami. I was able to prepare him to be baptized. I love this man and his testimony is on fire. I will miss him but when we come back he said we can visit him! :). I love Oami so much! :)

This is the Stake President.  His name is President Tabuchi.  He took us out to lunch and we ate all you can eat meat.  It was very good and it was a fun time being together as an area missionary before we all left.  I will miss the amazing members in Narita!

Narita church sits on the top of a hill.  Everyone can see it.

Elder Ricks and I in front of the church.

This is the Narita church, it is so pretty!

This is sister Ushijima.  She is way nice and always cooks us food.
We were doing some finding around the station and ran into her.  I was
able to say goodbye to her and say thank you for everything she did
for me.  She is a great member!

This is a new investigator we found.  His name is Shohei.
He is way nice but I only got to meet him once.
He is going to love meeting with the missionaries.

We went and visited the Bishop to say goodbye.
He lives pretty far away so we had to go by train.
Well sadly he wasn't home so we just took a picture with his family and I gave them my goodbye card.  They are a way nice family!  I love this family so much.

Saying goodbye to the Elders in my apartment.
 They were a hoot!

Elder Gelinas and I became really good friends with the time that we had with each other.  He is also from Washington.  He is a great missionary!

Apartment pictures with Elder Ricks.

Outside our apartment.  It is hard to say good-bye to such a great missionary.

Our last picture together as companions.  Elder Ricks will do great in Narita.
Train ticket in my hand.  What is in store for me in my next area.

On Elder Nitta and I transfer, we got to ride this expensive
train. By expensive it was $4.00.

Man was is nice on this train and I GOT MY OWN SEAT!

This train was really fast and very relaxing.

Halloween party with the ward and Eikaiwa class.
 I really love this ward.

This is the outfit they gave me to wear. I think I am a muscle biker dude.  My companion is the elephant.  His name is Elder Jensen.

Man am I strong!!

This is a place called Lake town.  It is the biggest mall I have ever
seen.  It is actually really famous and is in the Pokemon games. It is
also the biggest mall in all of Asia I think.  It is honestly so big.
We went to a 1/3 of it today and it took us 3 hours just to get
through that part.  It is so big and I will have to go back there
again someday.  It is way fun! I bought Michael a present there
because I found something that he would really like.  I think I might
be able to find a lot of my presents there for the family.  Hopefully
I stay in the area for awhile! Haha

Elder Jensen and I.
We have only done 1/3 of the mall.
This is a cool Halloween thing they had.

A golden massage chair.
It looked expensive.
In would love to have it! haha

A cute pug puppy I found in the mall.
Man, I wanted to keep it!

After walking around we went and got ice cream at Baskin Robbins.
They had 31% off because it is the 31st.  It was pretty good!
It tasted like American Ice Cream.
The picture is Elder Jones, Elder Jensen, Elder Unsworth, and Elder Ogden.

My birthday pack is here!

Oh, the package is full.  What is in it?

Disney!  My favorite!!!

Elder Jensen is not too excited about my presents.
Oh well, I love them!!

Elder Jensen and I were having a lot of fun at our apartment.
"O Romeo, my Romeo, Where for art thou my Romeo?"

Good fun! :)

I am having a hard time finding Nic's email from this week so I am going to publish this and find it later and add it.  Sorry!
